Please keep your walk-through inspection sheet on file and refer to it for important contacts and phone numbers.

We hope urgent situations never arise but if that should happen, here is information to help you be better prepared to address them.

• Please make every attempt to take immediate measures to eliminate or minimize further damage.
• Please contact the appropriate subcontractor listed on your walk-through inspection document as it pertains to your particular situation.
• Please also contact Olympic Homes, Inc. by either phone call, fax, or email to let us know what the situation is so we can follow up to ensure appropriate attention has been provided.

Freezing weather: Please take every precaution to protect your home against freezing weather. A link has been provided below with helpful guidelines.

Appliances are covered be the manufacturer's warrantee. Please contact the manufacture regarding any warrantee issues.

Other Warrantee Related Concerns
Please make a list and fax, mail, or email those concerns to Olympic Homes, Inc. within our standard one year warrantee from the date of closing. Let us know when it would be convenient to call and schedule time as needed to take care of those concerns. This does not include appliances. See above.
